Shipping Information

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed due to the high influx of orders worldwide. Domestic orders for stock products received in the morning Mon - Thursday are dispatched on the same day and any orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. International Orders for stock products received by 11:00am will be dispatched same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note any customised orders will vary in timeframes and one of our friendly staff members will contact you.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer a range of shipping services depending on the weight, your location and how fast you want your purchase.

Small Items (5kgs or less)

For items under 5KG we recommend Express Post Satchels and they are ideal for delivery to P.O. Boxes and addresses in the Northern Territory.

For items over 5KG shipping with Toll Ipec Road is generally a reliable low cost nationwide service. Typical delivery times are 1 Day to Adelaide and Sydney, 2 Days to Brisbane and 5 Days to Perth.

For more urgent shipments we offer Toll Priority, Cost is based on weight and postcode. The Toll Priority Service is classed on an overnight delivery to Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. Delivery to remote locations will take longer and more accurate delivery times can be obtained by contacting us.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently offer shipping to all locations around the globe including the USA, Canada, and New Zealand.

International Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Freight costs are based on weight and location. International Orders can only be delivered to a physical addresses and not a Post Office box.

All International Orders are shipped Duty Unpaid. The Receiver is liable for any duty, taxes and costs associated with importing goods into the country.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Yes you can but only orders which fit in an Australia Express Post Parcel (Less than 5 kgs). Airbags & Air/ Road Freight will need to be addressed to a business location.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, pick up is available from our Footscray warehouse.

Please allow a minimum of 1 day to ensure your order is ready when you arrive.

Items can be collected between the following hours:

9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday

9:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday

Please bring your confirmation email or invoice when you come to collect your order.

CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?

Yes you can. At checkout on the shipping section, you will have the option to select 'Free- Pickup from Footscray (ETA 1 day) or Arrange you own shipping' as the shipping method. You will then need to inform us by emailing info@waterwisetruckparts.com or call us on 1300 306 917.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

No, you can't change your delivery address once your order has been placed. On you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order (at your own expense). Please contact the carrier directly.


Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, EFT Bank Deposit and Paypal. When you pay by credit card your order will be processed straight away. If paying via paypal or EFT the transaction will need to be cleared before your order can be processed. This method can take up to 5 business days.

DO YOU CHARGE CREDIT CARD FEES?

No, we don't with Mastercard or Visa but unfortunately we charge an additional 3% for AMEX! We like to take care of our customers and make the transaction as seamless as possible.

MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED. WHAT'S WRONG?

Please check the details you've entered online and make sure that:

  • Your credit card number is correct with no extra spaces
  • Your name must appear exactly as it displays on the card

If you're still experiencing difficulties, please check with your bank or financial institution.

WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?

If your credit card was declined, the reason is most likely due to insufficient funds as you may have reached your maximum credit limit. If you have contacted your bank and topped up your card and are unable to get your card to go through online, please give us a call at 1300 306 917 and we will be happy to take your payment over the phone.

WHAT IS PAYPAL AND HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Paypal is an online payment method that allows you to make fast, safe and easy payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant. You can create a free Paypal account here.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN YOU HELP?

Unfortunately, we can't assist with Paypal account problems. If you have issues with your PayPal account, please contact PayPal Customer Service.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE OR CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Ordering online is easy way to browse our full catalogue range of water truck parts. However, if you would like to place an order over the phone please call us on 1300 306 917. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, EFT and Paypal.


Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  • Search using keywords in the 'search products' section, or browse the site for the items you would like to buy.
  • Select the items, quantity and variant (size,style etc) and click 'add to your cart'
  • Click on the shopping cart to review your order
  • Check the box to agree with our terms and conditions
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your delivery details
  • Select your shipping method
  • Click “Continue to Payment” and enter your payment details
  • Choose to pay by credit card, Paypal or Bank Deposit and securely enter your details
  • Click 'Pay Now'
  • Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Water Wise Water Trucks with your order number and tax invoice.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can purchase as a guest user, however we recommend having an account as it will make it easier to view your history's transaction so you are able to review what your have purchased in the past making it easier to purchase in the future.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

It is really easy, all you need is your name, email and to create a password. You can create an account here.

I HAVE LOST MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

You can request to reset your password by clicking on the link and select 'Lost you password?' on the bottom right under the login section. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and an email will be sent to you.

If you try to log in with the wrong password three times or more, your account will be locked. You will need to contact us to unlock your account. Your order history and account information will not be lost.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

No, you’re unable to change or cancel your order once it’s been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your items have been sent you can track the status of your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Click on the 'Track Package' button in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Hold tight - the tracking number may take up to 1 business day to become active.
  • If you are missing your shipping confirmation email please check your junk/spam folder
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

While we try our best to keep everything available at all times, occasionally we will temporarily run out of something. You will be able to place a backorder online and we will notify you and give you a timeframe on the expected availability (when possible). We we still ship out all the in-stock items immediately and then work with our vendors to get your remaining parts as soon as possible.
